Train Learners how to guide drivers of commercial goods vehicles safely and clearly into designated parking areas:

• Be able to evaluate risks in the local environment and recognise evolving and existing hazards.

• Be able to discuss the role of the banksman and their responsibilities.

• Safe system of work – the operating environment

• Reversing

• Drivers’ fields of view

• Banksman signals

• Driver/banksman initial communication

• Introducing the site and agreeing procedures

• Guiding the vehicle into a designated area

• Offsite/public highway banksman operations

• Theory Test

• Practical assessment
